Hello and welcome to my fitness blog! I've spent forever going in and out of exercise, always trying but never committing to anything seriously. A few months ago, I decided that I'd like to actually try to get more in shape, starting with Shaun T's Insanity. I'm happy to say that I finished it at the start of March! At the moment, I spend most of my fitness time in the gym working on building up my running and weights. Most of my personal posts are now running related, but I support all types of fitness and will be here to support you no matter what you're doing!
